How to read the session clock
Each card shows the session's open and close in your local time, whether it is trading right now, and how long until it opens or closes. Times update every second, so there is nothing to recalculate by hand when daylight saving shifts in Europe or the United States.
The hours that matter most are the overlaps. London and New York trade together between 14:00 and 18:00 WAT, and that is when volume peaks and price moves fastest. Outside those hours, ranges are usually tighter.
